Step 2: Application Review & Conversation

After we receive your application:

  • We carefully review your information

  • We may schedule a brief phone call

  • We answer any questions you have

Our goal is not just approval, but confidence on both sides.

Once approved, you’ll be invited to place a deposit to reserve your spot.

Step 3: Secure Your Reservation

An approved deposit:

  • Reserves your place in the litter

  • Is applied toward your puppy’s total price

  • Determines selection order

Step 4: Puppy Selection

Puppy selection typically takes place around 1-2 weeks of age.

Puppy selection begins once the litter is approximately 1–2 weeks old and we have confirmed that all puppies are stable, nursing well, and thriving.

Families are organized based on:

  • Deposit date

  • Gender preference

  • Color preference

We carefully track your preferences and communicate clearly as the litter develops.

Because we begin the selection process early, families have clarity and security from the start. As the puppies grow, we continue monitoring temperament, structure, and development to ensure each placement remains a strong fit.

If needed, we provide guidance throughout the process to help families feel confident in their choice.

Step 5: Preparing for Go-Home Day

Before your puppy joins your family, they receive:

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Deworming

  • Microchipping

  • Health record documentation
